Corporate website design

A company website that explains in ten seconds what you do, why people should pick you and how to reach you. Custom-designed, ready to rank on Google and built so visits turn into calls, emails and WhatsApp messages.

It is for you if any of this sounds familiar

  • You have no website and clients google you before calling
  • Your site is years old, looks broken on mobile or loads slowly
  • You get visits, but hardly anyone calls or writes
  • Competitors show up on Google for your service and you do not
  • You would rather not send a client the link to your website
  • You cannot change a single line without calling whoever built it

What corporate website design includes

Everything that is done before launch. No extras hidden in the small print.

01

Site structure

Home, services, about, work and contact, ordered around how your client decides. Every key service gets its own page so it can rank on its own.

02

Custom design

An original design built from your brand, with no bought templates, whether the site is custom-built or on WordPress. You sign it off before a line of code is written.

03

Mobile first

Designed for the phone screen first, which is where a large share of any business’s visits come from.

04

Keyword-led copy

We write or edit your copy with you so it uses the words your clients search with, without sounding robotic.

05

Frictionless contact

WhatsApp, tap-to-call phone, a short form and email. Every page ends with a clear way to reach you.

06

Technical SEO

Loading speed, metadata, structured data, sitemap and Google Search Console setup.

07

Legal pages and cookies

Legal notice, privacy policy and cookie banner prepared for EU and Spanish rules, ready to complete with your company details.

08

Enquiry tracking

Analytics set up and clicks on phone, WhatsApp and form measured, so you know which pages bring clients.

How we design your corporate website

  1. 1

    We learn your business

What you sell, to whom, what sets you apart and what clients always ask. That becomes the message of the site.

  2. 2

    Structure and keywords

We study how people search for your service and how competitors present themselves, then define the pages and the copy for each.

  3. 3

    Design and build

We show you the design and refine it with you. Then we build it and you follow progress on a staging link.

  4. 4

    Launch and measure

We launch, register the site in Search Console, check Google indexes it and measure real-world speed.

How much does a corporate website cost?

It depends on what your site has to do, not on a price list. These are the factors that move the budget most:

You get a fixed written quote with the scope and timescales spelled out. Free and with no obligation.

How much a website costs, explained
  • Number of pages

A one-page site does not cost the same as one with a page for every service, sector or city.

  • Copy and photos

If they are ready, the project moves faster. Copywriting or a photo shoot is quoted separately.

  • Technology

WordPress usually needs a smaller upfront investment and comes with its own panel; a custom build is usually lighter and needs less maintenance. The design can be just as original on either.

  • Languages

Each extra language adds translation, review and SEO for that market.

  • Extra features

Bookings, a client area, a blog or a CRM connection: each one adds to the scope.

Mistakes we see on many corporate websites

Talking about you, not the client

A homepage that says "industry leaders with twenty years of experience" does not explain what problem you solve. Clients search for their problem, not your history.

Every service on one page

Google cannot rank one page for ten different searches. Every important service needs its own URL.

Hiding the contact details

If people have to hunt for the contact page to call you, many leave. Phone and WhatsApp should be one tap away.

Slow templates

Themes packed with effects and plugins that crawl on mobile. Speed affects rankings and how many visitors stay.

Corporate website FAQs

What people ask most before commissioning a company website.

What is a corporate website?

It is the website of a company or professional that presents its services, how it works and its contact details. Unlike an online shop, it does not take payments: its goal is to build trust and get the visitor to call, write or ask for a quote.

What pages should a business website have?

At a minimum: home, one page for each important service, about, work or case studies, contact, and the legal pages (legal notice, privacy and cookies). If you work across several cities or sectors, it is worth adding a dedicated page for each.

How long does it take to build a corporate website?

It depends mainly on the number of pages and on whether the copy and photos are ready. What delays most projects is not the coding but waiting for content. The quote includes a schedule with the launch date.

Is a one-page website or a multi-page website better?

A one-page site works for a very specific service or a campaign. To rank on Google for several services, several pages are better, because each one can focus on a different search.

Will I be able to edit the text on my website?

Yes. With WordPress you get a panel to change text, photos and publish news from day one. A custom build can have a panel too, but it has to be set up separately; if you do not need one, we make changes as part of maintenance. We talk it through before starting so you do not pay for something you will not use.

Does a corporate website include SEO?

It includes technical SEO: speed, structure, metadata, structured data, sitemap and Search Console setup. That leaves the site ready to rank. Reaching the top for competitive searches also takes content and time, and we explain what to expect in your sector.

Do I need a Google Business Profile as well as a website?

If you serve clients in a specific area, yes. Your Google Business Profile is what puts you on the map, and the website is where people go next to decide. They work much better together.

Who owns the website once it is finished?

You do. The domain, hosting and code stay in your name, and you can move them to another provider whenever you like. We do not do licences or rented websites.
